The Challenge
The client sought to streamline business operations by integrating their ERP and eCommerce platforms. However, the following technical and operational challenges needed to be addressed to ensure seamless connectivity and data synchronization:
• Legacy ERP Constraints: The on-premises ERP system lacked modern RESTful APIs, requiring expensive, time-intensive custom middleware integrations to connect with other platforms.
