The client faced significant operational challenges due to frequent downtime and performance issues within their on-premises infrastructure. These issues hindered overall efficiency, delayed critical delivery processes, and introduced a heightened risk of human error, inconsistent client environments, and potential security vulnerabilities.
The client's infrastructure did not align with GDPR requirements, exposing them to legal risks and penalties. These pain points underscored the urgent need for a robust, compliant, and secure solution to mitigate risks and improve operational stability.
Our Solution
We started by implementing a streamlined CRM solution for enhanced business operations.
Faster, Smarter Access to Relevant Documents
We delivered a comprehensive security and compliance solution for the client, starting with the implementation of IAM, roles, and inline policies to manage access and permissions for specific users and groups. VPC flow logs were activated to monitor all traffic across VPCs, subnets, and network interfaces, enhancing visibility and control. We implemented EBS volume encryption to protect sensitive data (at rest and in transit) and enabled AWS Macie to identify and classify personal data in S3 buckets.
Strengthening Cloud Security and Compliance
Additionally, we deployed AWS Security Hub to detect and prioritize critical security issues across the client’s AWS environment. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) was introduced to mitigate the risk of breaches. This solution not only addressed the client’s immediate security challenges but also ensured ongoing compliance with legal requirements.
