Key Responsbilities:
 Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, and client presentations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and architect robust data solutions on the Microsoft Azure stack.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical architecture diagrams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on modern data platforms, including Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Lead the design and development of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouses following Medallion architecture principles (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Define and implement data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured).
• Oversee the development of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive data quality, lineage, cataloging, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Guide clients and internal teams on data architecture best practices for AI enablement and Gen AI applications.
• Lead and coach project teams during the initial standup phase, ensuring a smooth transition from your proposed solution to successful project execution.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Evaluate & recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support data strategies.
• Work in the US time zone to collaborate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams.

• Total Experience: 10+ years in data architecture and implementation.
• Pre-Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client-facing pre-sales or technical solutioning role is mandatory.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure data platform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage).
• Modern Data Platforms: Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• AI Acumen: Strong understanding of AI workflows and data requirements. Must have a solid grasp of Gen AI applications and concepts.
• Leadership: Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading technical teams or project initiation phases.
• Solutioning: Proven ability to create high-quality technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and design end-to-end data solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills are essential for this client-facing role.
