About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Lead or Architect with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-performance, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, DevOps, and QA.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve product quality and team productivity.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Deep expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux/Context), and component architecture.
  • Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture is a plus.
  • Proficient in database design and development (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data processing.
