Job Overview
The Scrum Master will facilitate agile processes and ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of infrastructure and data pipeline components. This role supports cross-functional teams in adhering to Scrum practices and meeting project milestones.
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Coach teams on agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Remove impediments to ensure team productivity and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs.
  • Track and report project progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in telecommunications or data engineering projects.
  • Certifications in Scrum or agile (e.g., CSM, PSM).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to manage remote and offshore teams.
