Job Overview
The Data Bricks / Snowflake Lead will oversee data migration pipelines, managing data extraction from legacy OSS systems and integration into Databricks and Snowflake. This role ensures efficient and accurate data migration for market-by-market cutovers.
Responsibilities
•            Lead data migration pipelines from OSS servers to Databricks and Snowflake.
•            Process vendor-specific data formats (Ericsson & Nokia XML).
•            Support market-by-market cutover processes and golden record creation.
•            Ensure data quality and integrity during migration.
•            Collaborate with architects and data engineers.
•            Optimize migration pipelines for performance.
Qualifications
•            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
•            7+ years of experience in data engineering or migration.
•            Expertise in Databricks and Snowflake for data processing.
•            Strong knowledge of ETL processes and XML handling.
•            Excellent leadership skills.
•            Must be located in India and eligible to work.
Preferred Skills
•            Experience in telecommunications or OSS migrations.
•            Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
•            Certifications in Databricks or Snowflake.
•            Knowledge of legacy system decommissioning.
