Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Trainer/ Coach with deep domain expertise in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS).


This role involves training internal teams, providing domain consulting, and supporting product ownership to align business needs with system capabilities.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Train internal teams on SCM, OMS, and TMS processes and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver customized training materials and sessions.
  • Provide domain consulting and act as a knowledge expert for ongoing projects.
  • Support requirement gathering, user stories, and backlog grooming.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor internal stakeholders.
     

Requirements
  • 7+ years in F&B Manufacturing with strong SCM/OMS/TMS expertise.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer, Consultant, or Product Owner.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
