Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our fast-paced and dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry, a thorough understanding of technical roles, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT positions.
- Manage full-cycle hiring across Full-Time, W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure a streamlined selection process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Utilize job portals including Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn Recruiter, HotJobs, ATS tools, and networking strategies to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Client & Candidate Management
- Collaborate directly with US clients, vendors, and system integrators.
- Build long-term professional relationships with consultants and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in the ATS.
Negotiations & Compliance
- Negotiate salary, rates, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, contract terms, and onboarding processes.
- Stay updated with US visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.) and tax terms.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay current with US job market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge working with SI clients such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, and other major integrators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Solid knowledge of US Visa Types: H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.
- Prior experience working with system integrator (SI) clients like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.
- Hands-on expertise with major job boards and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills — spoken, written, and professional email etiquette.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with technical/IT background preferred.
