Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will play a critical role in designing, governing, and evolving end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals. The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across platforms.
This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring architectural integrity while enabling delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

·                Own the end-to-end solution architecture for assigned initiatives, from concept to production.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technical designs.
• Define architecture blueprints, high-level designs (HLDs), and low-level designs (LLDs).
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

·                Act as a trusted technical advisor to business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Engineering Leads to shape technical roadmaps.
• Participate in solution reviews, architecture boards, and technical decision forums.

3. Technology & Platform Expertise

·                Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and platforms.

• Drive adoption of cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures where applicable.
• Guide teams on integration patterns, data flows, and system interoperability.

4. Governance & Quality Assurance

·                Ensure architectural decisions support non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, and security.

• Review solution implementations to ensure adherence to approved architecture and best practices.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.

5. Delivery Support

·                Support engineering teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Resolve complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance during execution.
• Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure production readiness.

6. Continuous Improvement

·                Contribute to evolving architecture standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
• Mentor senior engineers and help uplift overall architectural maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

·                Strong experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Solid understanding of:

o        Microservices and distributed systems

• • APIs and integration patterns
  • Data architectures (RDBMS, NoSQL, streaming)
  • Security, authentication, and authorization models
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure concepts.

Soft Skills

·                Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.

Nice to Have

·                Experience working in product-led or platform organizations

• Exposure to enterprise-scale transformations or multi-system landscapes.
• Architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF – optional).
