Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Business Intelligence tools, particularly focused on reporting and data modeling. The role involves working with SAP BI 2025 stack and building reports using enterprise data sources, including iSeries-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. SAP BI Stack Overview:
Malcolm detailed the SAP Business Intelligence 2025 stack, which is client's reporting platform. This includes connections to various data sources such as iSeries, Netsuite, and ECRS POS. It also covers universe building and maintenance, security, and report development using Web Intelligence (WebI).

2. Key Skill Requirements:
The role requires knowledge of the SAP BI stack, ranging from core technical layers to report development, specifically version 2025. Strong SQL skills and expertise in relational data modeling are also required.

3. Role Responsibilities:
The selected resource will be responsible for:

  • Report development and modification in WebI
  • Scheduling via CMC
  • Security administration
  • Maintaining logical and physical layers of universes in IDT (though IDT usage will be less frequent)

Good to Have Skills:

Knowledge of DB2 for iSerie.
