Job Description: 
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and support Infor PRMS ERP applications and modules
  • Design, code, test, and deploy enhancements within the PRMS environment
  • Maintain and support IBM i / AS400 applications and related systems
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop interfaces and integrations with third-party systems, EDI, MES, WMS, and reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and support procedures
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational processes
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
  • Support data migration, reporting, and database management activities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or developing Infor PRMS ERP solutions
  • Strong experience with IBM i / AS400 platform
  • Proficiency in RPG III/IV, RPGLE, CL, SQL, and DB2
  • Experience with ERP integrations and EDI transactions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with Infor tools and related applications
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, or modern integration platforms
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and shop-floor systems
  • Exposure to modernization or migration projects
  • Experience with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
